(ATF) – Citic Securities leading brokers in 2019 revenue: Citic Securities was the highest-earning of China’s big securities firms last year, according to Wind data.
The company raked in operating income of 43.14 billion yuan ($6.16 billion). It was followed by Haitong securities, with 34.4bn. Guotai Junan, Huatai Securities, ShenWanhongyuan and Guangfa Securities all brought in have revenues of more than 20bn yuan.
Vanke donates nearly 5.4 billion yuan of stock: Vanke Asset Management Center and Tsinghua University Education Foundation signed an agreement on Thursday to donate 200 million shares of its total assets to Tsinghua University Education Foundation to establish the Tsinghua University Vanke Public Health and Health Discipline Development Special Fund. In addition, Vanke and Tsinghua University will jointly build a School of Public Health.
According to Vanke’s closing price on Thursday, the market value of the donated equity is about 5.4bn yuan, the single-largest donation to university foundations in China.
