Marcelo Claure To Leave SoftBank Group – WSJ

 

SoftBank Group said Marcelo Claure, the chief operating officer who helped clean up problems at the firm’s investments, including WeWork and Sprint, is leaving the company, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Claure is the latest lieutenant of SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son to depart the Tokyo-based investment company, which runs the technology-focused Vision Fund and owns a large stake in Alibaba Group.
