India Eyes Entry Into Global Bond Indices This Year: BS


(AF) After deciding to withdraw the controversial retrospective tax laws, India is now hopeful that the move will allow entry into some global bond indices within this calendar year, the Business Standard reported.

An entry into some of these indices is expected to generate an additional $20 billion of foreign investment into the economy, the newspaper said. Full story: Business Standard.
