Russia has offered to help India get access to big tankers, in a bid to allow it to keep buying large amounts of Russian crude, a new report says.

Some Russian oil tankers of state-run Sovcomflot have been sailing stealthily in international waters following the Ukraine invasion, circumventing western sanctions on Moscow’s energy exports, Nikkei Asia reported, citing public data from MarineTraffic.
