China Releases Big Data Development Plan: Xinhua

 

China on Tuesday unveiled a development plan for the big data industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), Xinhua reported.

The scale of the country’s big data industry is likely to exceed 3 trillion yuan ($470 billion) by the end of 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of about 25%, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said.
